camp matters?
The Jays Care “Camp Matters” program is a unique opportunity offered by BGCCVI to provide free summer care to children in our Clubs. Through this initiative, parents can apply for funding to either reduce their summer care fees or opt for an exemption from summer programming, allowing their children to take a break and resume care in September. This flexibility not only eases financial burdens for families but also empowers them to make choices that best suit their needs and circumstances, ensuring a memorable and stress-free summer for everyone involved.

at BGCCVI
The Jays Care “Camp Matters” grant program enables us to offer free summer care to children in our Clubs*. Through this program, parents have the flexibility to choose how they utilize the funding. They can opt to apply the grant towards reducing their summer care fees, providing financial relief during the summer months. Alternatively, parents may choose to use the funding for an exemption to our summer programming, allowing their children to take a break from Club activities from July 1st to August 31st, 2024, and then resume care in September 2024.
